Workshop jobs
- Hybrid battery and system start up (RX 450h). Hybrid battery replacement is less of a worry than once thought, but a battery health check is worth doing. A loose high voltage service plug can stop the car going into READY.
- Shock absorbers. The car weighs over 2,000 kg and shock absorbers can wear early.
- 2.0 turbo service record. The 2.0 turbo four in the RX 200t and RX 300 has not shown many problems, but a complete service record is a must.
Small jobs
- Bluetooth. Bluetooth is the main known problem: failure to pair, dropouts and poor reception. Pre 2019 cars also lack CarPlay and Android Auto.
